This is a very quick comfort food my mother used to make for us when we were kids. It may sound a little strange but trust me, its yummy. You may also add a fried egg on top of the rice if you like. I eat it whenever I am too lazy to cook.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 slice kraft singles cheese (the yellow kind)
1 -2 tablespoon ketchup
Directions:
1. If rice is fresh then you don't have to heat it up.
2. Otherwise, warm up rice in microwave.
3. Break up the slice of cheese and melt it on top of warm rice and add one or two tablespoons of ketchup.
4. Mix together and enjoy!
