Quick Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash & cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Put into steamer, then season with Tony's.
  3. Steam florets to your desired doneness (3-5 min).
  4. [If you're CEAHOW, weigh/measure the cooked florets to determine how many servings you have; it will vary depending on the size of the head.]
  5. In large bowl, combine salsa & dressing.
  6. Once cauliflower is done, stir immediately into the salsa mixture.
  7. Serve.
  8. OR, put into container and refrigerate for later.
  9. CEAHOW note: This is 4 servings' worth of salsa & dressing, but the size of the cauliflower will determine how much cauliflower you get in each serving. Always weigh/measure.
