Have carrots in fridge and wanna have salad try this out !!!!
Ingredients:
2 medium size carrots peeled n grated
olive oil
salt n pepper to taste
1tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of vinegar
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl add grated carrots n mix in sugar n salt .... then add olive oil n vinegar mix everything well .... add fresh crushed black peppercorns ( if not avialable black pepper powder can be used)
2. Ready to serve !!!
