Quick Breakfast Sandwich

This was originally a Kraft recipe, but I prefer using a slice of sharp cheddar cheese! Cheddar and apple is a marriage made in heaven!
Ingredients:
2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 apple, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons butter, softened
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
2. Have your skillet or sandwich maker heated and ready to go.
3. Butter each slice of bread on one side. Place one slice butter down on plate. Top with apple and cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with remaining bread butter side up.
4. Slide sandwich into pre-heated skillet or sandwich maker.
5. Cook approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
6. Cool slightly as cheese will be extremely hot!
7. Enjoy!
