I haven't tried this one, but I will the next time I make a mexican dinner.
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can refried beans (i would use black fat free)
1 1/2 cups pico de gallo (homemade or store-bought)
6 oz. mexican beer
1 tsp. morton's lime salt (it might be good, but i would omit it - i never add salt to anything - just seasonings)
1 tbsp. hot sauce
i would add some garlic to this as well because everything needs garlic
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
