Ingredients:

  • 1 can refried beans (i would use black fat free)
  • 1 tsp. morton's lime salt (it might be good, but i would omit it - i never add salt to anything - just seasonings)
  • 1 tbsp. hot sauce
  • i would add some garlic to this as well because everything needs garlic

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
