Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (12 oz) can beer, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
