Definitely one of my favorite quick and healthy recipes. Takes 10 minutes to make, and they are so tasty! A great fast food alternative. You could also serve the tuna in a baked potato instead of tortillas to save calories and fat. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained |
2 tablespoons light sour cream |
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce (such as sweet baby ray's® sweet 'n spicy) |
1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle |
1 tablespoon chopped celery |
3 flour tortillas |
3 tablespoons sweet corn relish (such as h-e-b relish that corn®) |
Directions:
1. Mix tuna, sour cream, barbeque sauce, dill pickle, and celery in a bowl; scoop onto tortillas. Garnish each taco with 1 tablespoon corn relish. |
