Quick and Simple Lasagna

made with turkey burger and low fat cheeses, scaled down for portion control
Ingredients:
1/3 lb (jennie-o turkey store) ground turkey
1 cup (newman's own) marinara sauce
1/2 cups water
1/2 cup ricotta, fatpfree cheese
1/2 cups mozzarella, part skim milk cheese
3 ounces whole wheat pasta, ( 3 lasagna noodles)
Directions:
1. heat oven to 350 degrees
2. brown meat, drain
3. add spaghetti sauce and water, simmer 10 minutes.
4. mix ricotta cheese with half mozzarella.
5. pour about 1/4 of sauce into bottom of a loaf pan. place one lasagna noodle on top. cover with another 1/4 of sauce. spread half of cheese filling over sauce.
6. repeat with second noodle.
7. top with third noodle and remaining sauce. sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
8. cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes.
9. remove foil, bake additional 10 minutes.
10. let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
