South beach diet version of the greek classic. South Beach Diet Phase I: Serve with cucumber sticks, fresh veggies, etc. Later phases: whole-wheat pita, etc. May be made up to two days in advance.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt or 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 -3 small garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
freshly cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk together ingredients. Adjust seasonings.
2. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
