Quick And Easy Scones

Eat these yummy scones straight away with your favourite jams or conserves, and some lovely thick or whipped cream. Oh yeh....
Ingredients:
3 cups self raising flour
1 tbsp icing sugar
pinch salt
60g soft butter
1 1/4 cups your favourite milk
jams and cream to serve
Directions:
1. Mix flour with salt and icing sugar.
2. Rub in butter, and then stir in milk.
3. Knead lightly and press dough out to 2 cm thick. Cut out into rounds or rough squares- you choose.
4. Place scones, almost touching, ona greased oven tray and brush with a little extra milk.
5. Bake in a very hot ven for 15 mins.
6. Serve warm... and next time make a double batch!
