Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 cup greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Dice the cucumbers, onion and tomato and toss them all together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in the yogurt, starting with half a cup, and add more if necessary. Salt it to your liking and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to get the best flavour out of your Raita.
