Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Brown chops in oil.
2. Add onions, cook 2 minutes.
3. Mix juice, sugar,vinegar and salt.
4. Pour over chops.
5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
