Quick and Easy Hamburger Curry

Have dinner on the table in half an hour with this tasty and easy curry dish.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 cup onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4-1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder (or more, to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash ginger
1 dash turmeric
1 cup tomato juice (or 1 cup canned tomatoes)
1/2 cup potato, peeled and diced
1 cup green beans (fresh, frozen or canned)
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Saute onion and garlic.
3. Add ground beef.
4. Brown.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
6. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
7. Serve with rice.
