Very fast not really fried rice full of veggies and flavor
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 package confetti vegetable mix from walmart (chopped broccoli, cauliflower, radish & cabbage)
1 package uncle ben's 2 minute long grain rice
quick & easy asian sauce (separate recipe)
Directions:
1. Heat canola oil on medium heat until clear
2. Add confetti vegetable mix and cook on medium heat until begins to soften (1-2 minutes)
3. Add package Uncle Ben's 2 minute Long grain rice
4. Add Quick & Easy Asian Sauce and cook another 4 minutes (stirring somewhat often) until everything is heated thoroughly and veggies are at desired tenderness.
