This recipe came from my daddy....he is a cracker loving fiend, so when he found this recipe, we all had to eat it for 3 straight weeks! Needs to be chilled for 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups saltine crackers, crushed
1 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
1 cup bread and butter pickles, chopped
1/3 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup pimiento, drained and chopped
1 pint miracle whip (not mayonnaise)
Directions:
1. Place all first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Add the Miracle Whip and still until well blended.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
