Quick and Easy Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 apples
  • 1/4 cup butter (i would use ) or 1/4 cup margarine (i would use )
  • 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel, core and slice apples.
  3. Place in a well greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
  4. Mix cake mix, oats, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  5. Melt butter and pour over the top of the dry cake mixture and mix until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle this over apples.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes until golden.
