Quick and Creamy Fruit Salad (Sunny Anderson)

Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 medium honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch chunks (about 2 cups)
1 20 -ounce can pineapple rings in syrup, drained and cut into chunks
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup cream of coconut
pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Put the apples, melon, pineapple, dried cherries, yogurt, cream of coconut and salt in a large bowl and stir.
