Tasty's version of PB&J.
Ingredients:
2 slices bread (tasty likes oregon's own dave's 'good seed' )
2 tablespoons sunflower butter (or peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, etc.)
1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar (regular or raw dark)
1/2 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Directions:
1. Spread the nut or seed butter of choice on one slice of bread.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Top with the second slice of bread and cut into quarters.
