1 bunch(es) anchovie chopped
1/2 jar(s) capers
5 clove(s) garlic
3/4 cup(s) green olive pieces
1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
1/2 cup(s) parsley chopped
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper flakes
2 28 oz can(s) tomatos whole or chopped
1/3 cup(s) veg oil
Directions:
1. add tomatoes oil in pot. chop tomatoes roughly with knife. bring to a boil and then add everything else and boil the daylights out of it lid off for several hours.
