Mmkay, this is a huge no no. But, we all have those little cravings and this happens to be one of mine. 21 grams is a serving which means I cut the whole enchilada down to 39 servings because this will make A LOT of puppy chow and because it makes those cravings managable and controlled. You may like to split it up into those servings in baggies and throw them in the freezer. I guarantee you they will last you a bit if you eat the servings conservatively. That means no binging on the puppy chow lovelies.
Ingredients:
9 cups rice chex
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Measure out 9 cups of Rice Chex into first LARGE bowl. Set to side.
2. Get a second bowl.
3. Measure out chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla.
4. Place each measurement into the second bowl and set in the microwave.
5. Microwave until soft-very soft.
6. Take second bowl from microwave and stir contents until smooth and liquified.
7. Pour the contents of the second bowl into the first bowl on the Rice Chex.
8. Using spatula or hands, stir and mix until all or most of the Rice Chex are covered in the chocolate.
9. Pour two cups of powdered sugar on the coated Rice Chex and stir or mix until all or most of the Rice Chex are coated with powdered sugar.
10. Serve or Refridgerate.
11. Now it the time to decide if you want to cut these down into the 39 servings and freeze.
