Easy and delicious! Great on a cold winter day and kids will love it too.
Ingredients:
1/2 pumpkin
2 tablespoons raisins
4 tablespoons prunes
4 tablespoons dried apricots
4 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Cut the pumpkin into big pieces.
2. Add all the ingredients and some water and put them in the preheat oven at 160-180 C for 50-60 minutes.
3. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon when ready,.
4. It's even more delicous if the bottom of the pumpkin is burnt a little. Add the water on the pumpkin and it will have a nice color.
