This colorful and creamy no-bake dessert makes is as impressive as it is delicious.
Ingredients:
29 oz canned pumpkin
16 oz whipped topping
2 3 oz packages instant vanilla pudding
2 tsp cinnamon
2 8 oz boxes cream cheese
2 cups sugar
16 oz whipped topping
16 oz (approx) ginger snap cookies
pecans (if desired)
Directions:
1. In first bowl, mix canned pumpkin, whipped topping, instant pudding mix and cinnamon until well blended and set aside.
2. In second bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sugar, then fold in the whipped topping.
3. Layer the ginger snaps, cream cheese mixture and pumpkin mixture in a glass serving (trifle) bowl.
4. Sprinkle top with pecans if desired.
