Pumpkin Tahini Dip

A lovely, creamy dip that is addictive... No photo yet- sorry!
Ingredients:
2 cups sweet pumpkin, diced into 3 cm cubes
3 tbspns tahini
2 tbpsn tahini- light for a sweeter dip, and dark for a more savoury dip
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 200C.
2. Roast the pumpkin til soft and golden after tossing it in a little oil.
3. Cool and whiz in a blender and throw in all the other ingreds.
4. Serve with crusty warm bread.
