Pumpkin Spice Muffins (with cream cheese frosting)

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1.5 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice
4 tablespoon(s) cold butter, cut into pieces
1 cup(s) pumpkin puree (heaping)
1/2 cup(s) evap milk
1 egg
1.5 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/4 cup(s) butter, softened
4 ounce(s) cream cheese
1/2 pound(s) powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400 - grease 12 muffin tins
2. sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and salt - cut in butter
3. in separate bowl, mix pumpkin, evap milk, egg and vanilla - pour pumpkin mixture into flour mixture - fold gently to combine
4. pour into greased muffin pan - sprinkle with topping mixture
5. bake for 25 minutes - allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes - then remove and top with frosting
6. for frosting: mix all ingredients oh high until soft and whipped - spread onto cooled muffins - store in fridge (icing will soften)
