Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 (14 ounce) can pumpkin puree
2/3 cup applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup dates
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Line muffin tins with papers.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well, add a little water if too thick.
5. Fold in dates.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
