Pumpkin Spice Health Bread

This is another one of my doctored recipes that came from zaar.
Ingredients:
1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 large eggs
1 (16 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin (libby's)
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen chopped)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. grease or spray 2 loaf pans and lightly flour.
3. Stir splenda and applesauce together in large bowl to blend.
4. Mix in eggs and pumpkin.
5. In med bowl combine flour, flax, wheat germ, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
6. Stir into pumpkin mixture in 2 addtions, adding cranberries in with second addition of flour mix.
7. Divide batter evenly among pans.
8. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes or till done.
9. remove from pans and cool completely on rack.
