Pumpkin Spice Bread

This was a recipe that I just tried and thought I'd share. It was a little boring, so next time I think I'll add some raisins, let me know what you try!
Ingredients:
3 cups splenda granular, sugar substitute
1 cup applesauce
4 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
3 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine Splenda, applesauce and eggs. Add pumpkin and mix well.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, cloves and allspice. Add to pumpkin mixture alternating with water, beating well after each addition.
3. Pour into two greased 9 x5 x3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for ten minutes then remove from pan. Then cool completely on cooling rack.
