Pumpkin Roll Cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs (beaten)
2/3 cup pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
6 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine ingredient,fold in flour,baking powder,and nuts last.
2. Put in a greased and floured 18x10 jelly roll pan.
3. Bake 375* for 15-20 minutes.
4. Flop out on a dish towel,sprinkle with powdered sugar, roll up and let cool.
5. Filling: Mix until smooth.
6. Unroll cake and spread with filling.
7. reroll and chill.
8. Slice to serve.
9. freezes well.
