Pumpkin Raisin Muffins

These are great gluten free muffins that actually hold together and have a great flavour. My kids love them and so do I!
Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 raisins
1 egg
1/4 cup egg white
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 cup soymilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate smaller bowl. Stir wet into dry and mix until they just combined. Bake at 350C for 20 minutes or until done.
