Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1/8-1/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/8-1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring
cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe dish, heat cream cheese and pumpkin for about a minute, till warm.
2. Mix well.
3. Add splenda, cinnamon and flavoring and mix well.
4. Enjoy!
