A really yummy recipe from my mom's friend, Marilyn. Great for Halloween or Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup cooked pumpkin (canned stuff)
1 1/4 cups cold milk
1 (120 g) package butterscotch pudding mix
1 1/4 cups whipped cream
Directions:
1. Combine spices and baking soda in bowl.
2. Mix in pumpkin and blend well.
3. Add milk and pudding.
4. Beat for one minute.
5. Fold 1/2 cup of the whipped cream into the mixture.
6. Garnish with rest of the whipped cream.
