Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This rich, spiced smoothie combines just a few ingredients to make a fairly healthy, hearty breakfast, snack or dessert. The crushed gingersnaps add a fantastic flavor and texture. :)
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup crushed gingersnap cookies(i processed mine in the food processor)
1/8t fresh nutmeg, grated
1/8 cinnamon, if desired(i didn't use any, but if you like a lil more cinnamon taste, go for it
2t pure vanilla extract
1t honey
1/2t lemon juice(this really sharpens the flavor)
dash of salt
about 1/2 cup crushed ice
real whipped cream and extra crushed gingersnaps for garnish, if desired
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients other than garnishes in blender.
2. Blend until well processed and smooth.
3. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed gingersnaps, if desired
