I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from You Tube.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (just says pudding)
1 cup skim milk (just says milk) or 1 cup 1% low-fat milk (just says milk)
2 -4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops) or 2 -4 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (2 scoops)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (canned not pumpkin pie)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1. Blend together.
2. Enjoy!
