Pumpkin Pie Pancakes

I got this recipe from : / I haven't tried it yet, but it's healthy and looks amazing!
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup egg white
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup skim milk, as needed
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender, except banana, and process until extra smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl.
3. Stir in milk as needed to thin out, but you shouldn’t need to do so until the batter has been refrigerated.
4. Preheat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, spray the skillet with cooking spray.
5. Drop batter into the pan, about 1/4 cup per pancake.
6. Once they begin to set (~ 2 minutes), flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
