Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine wet ingredients thoroughly with wisk.
3. Whisk in spices and flour gradually.
4. Pour into greased or lines muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
