3 teaspoons pumpkin (good quality, unsweetened canned puree, or roast a pie pumpkin until soft, and puree it in your food processor)
1/2 -ounce maple syrup
1/2 -ounce chai syrup
sparkling wine
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well, and top with sparkling wine. Strain into a chilled cinnamon-sugar rimmed martini glass.
