Ingredients:
16 ounce(s) can pumpkin
14 ounce(s) sweetend condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
spiced nut crust
1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup(s) firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) plus 2 t butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
16 to 18 pecan halves
Directions:
1. Prepare Spiced Nut Crust 1st
2. Combine all ingred except pecan halves: stir well. Press onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Press pecan halves onto rim of crust at 1 inch intervals.
3. Yield: one 9 inch pie shell.
4. Combine all ingred, stir well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Remove from oven; let cool.
