Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 cup water
3 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and heat on stove to desired temperature (but not boiling! You might scorch the milk).
