Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and put in unbaked pie crust.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then turn down oven and bake at
  3. 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until center is no longer runny.
