I was looking for a recipe to use up the last of my Pecans and came across this in an old tattered recipe book
Ingredients:
2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and.
2. Cook over low heat for 15 - 20 mins or until blended stirring frequently.
3. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
