Pumpkin Pancakes Or Waffles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Batter will be lumpy.
  3. Spray grill or waffle maker with cooking spray.
  4. Bake pancakes on grill using medium heat until bubbles rise to the surface and edges are brown.
  5. Turn and bake until golden brown.
  6. Serve with Honey-Pecan butter
  7. Spread pecans on baking sheet and toast in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
  8. Chop nuts in food processor or blender.
  9. Beat butter and honey together until smooth.
  10. Add pecans.
  11. Serve with Pumpkin Pancakes or Waffles.
  12. Makes one cup.
