Pumpkin Orange Spice Loaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
1 egg
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center. Combine remaining ingredients; whisk well.
2. Add to flour mixture; stir until just moistened. Pour batter into a greased 8 x4 loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
