Delicious fall-type breakfast, all year long.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbs pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbs walnuts
Directions:
1. Mix oats, milk, water, and spices in small pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Top with walnuts or additional toppings.
