low calorie pumpkin muffins
Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk, dry, nonfat, regular
6 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup grated carrots
2 eggs
398 ml pumpkin
6 tsp. brown sugar
6 tsp. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. apple, chopped
6 tbsp. wheat bran
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Mix other ingredients and fold into dry mixture. Mix well. Spray muffin tins with Pam
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
