Definitely not vegan or diet friendly but man does it taste awesome if you don't feel like making a pumpkin pie.
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt (or be decadent and go for the ice cream)
1/2 cup ice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1. Pulse all the ingredients in a blender until fully mixed. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or mint leaves.
