Pumpkin & Green Banana Chips

Nice as a snack or a side dish
Ingredients:
1/2 butternut squash
1 green banana
vegetable oil
garlic salt
Directions:
1. Peel veggies.
2. Slice thinly or even better use a peeler and get extra fine slices.
3. Heat Oil on a med - high heat test it oil is ready with one for the slices it should bubble as soon as it hits the oil, it is browns to quickly re move from heat for a few mins and turn down the heat.
4. Fry in hot oil til crisp drain on kitchen paper and season with garlic salt.
