1 cup oats
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 tablespoons milled flax seed
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup pumpkin
4 ounces vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Grind oats into flour. Combine all ingredients. Fill muffins tins 1/2 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
