Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 2 tsp cinnamon , or
  • 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice , instead of above spices
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 -18 1/4 oz yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lightly grease 9x13 pan.
  3. Completely combine ingredients up to cake mix.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle with cake mix.
  6. Gently pat down with spoon.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts.
  8. Drizzle with butter.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes.
  10. Cool and cut in squares.
