Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 cup(s) butter flavored shortning
1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
cinnamon frosting
2 1/2 cup(s) confectioner's sugar
2 eggs
6 cup(s) flour
1 teaspoon(s) ground allspice
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground clove
1/2 cup(s) milk
2 tablespoon(s) milk
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 can(s) solid packed pumpkin (15 oz)
3 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream shortning and sugar. Beat in the pumpkin, eggs, and milk. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, allspice, and cloves: gradually add to creamed mixture.
2. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 375 for 1013 minutes. Cool completely
3. In a small bowl, combine the frosting ingredients: beatuntil smooth.
